Visit from Hometown Author
WE RECEIVED this photo along with a note from author and filmmaker Sari Karplus: “Hello! I am a children’s book author who visited your lovely library last week when I was in town. Though I call Southern California home, I am Champaign-Urbana born and raised! I will always have fond memories frequenting the Champaign Public Library as a kid. I was so delighted to find the books I wrote on your shelves.”
